We adhere to a strict "Data Minimization" principle. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your real name, phone number, physical address, or email address for account creation, as our App does not require user registration.

• Device & Technical Information: Device model, OS version, Manufacturer, and IP address (for coarse location to show region-specific deals).
• Advertising Identifiers (GAID): The Google Advertising ID is used to serve personalized ads and for frequency capping. You can reset this in your device settings.
• App Interaction Data: Information about how you use the app (e.g., deals clicked, session duration, crash logs) to improve stability and user experience.
• Local Data: We process timestamps locally on your device to show "time-ago" labels.
3. Affiliate Disclosure & Cookies
OfferDeal is an affiliate marketing platform.
• How it works: When you click on a deal or offer, you are redirected to third-party merchant websites (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) via our affiliate partners (e.g., EarnKaro).
• Tracking: These third-party sites may place a cookie or use a Click ID on your device to track that the visit came from OfferDeal. This allows us to earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
• Data Separation: We do not have access to your bank details, credit card numbers, or shopping history on the merchant's website.
4. Third-Party Services (SDKs)
We use trusted third-party Service Providers to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your non-personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & General Safety)
Strictly 13+: Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. 6. Permissions Required
We request the minimum permissions necessary for the app to function:
• INTERNET: Required to fetch real-time deals and offers.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send you alerts about limited-time "Loot" deals.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check if you are connected to the internet.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To reschedule deal-checking alarms after a device restart. (This permission removed from version 1.5 and later)
7. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
• No Account Data: Since we do not support user accounts, we do not hold user profile data.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the OfferDeal application will immediately remove all locally stored data and preferences from your device.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the "Ads" settings on your Android device.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
